Man Receives 2nd OWI After Accident Injuring Preteen

A Chippewa Falls man was arrested for an OWI – second offense after a crash he was involved in sent an 11-year-old girl to the hospital.

According to reports, officials arrested Jason J. Przybylski after a crash at Highway 25 and Highway 48, just after 5 p.m. Saturday, February 18.

Przybylski was driving northbound on Highway 25, where he failed to stop at a stop sign and hit an eastbound vehicle carrying the 11-year-old. The girl suffered minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital.

Przybylski received a citations for failing to stop at a stop sign as well and additional charges may be possible.
